When you use Nithya, we collect:

• Phone number — for OTP-based authentication.
• Birth details — date, time, and place of birth for generating your Vedic astrology profile (kundali, rashifal, panchang).

We do not collect email, contacts, photos, location, or any device sensor data.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Generate your personalized kundali, daily rashifal, panchang, and astrological content.
• Authenticate your account via one-time SMS codes (Twilio Verify).

We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in encrypted databases. Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device. All communication uses HTTPS.

4. Third-Party Services

• Twilio — SMS delivery for OTP verification. Twilio Privacy Policy.

5. Data Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app. This permanently removes all your data from our servers.

6. Children's Privacy

Nithya is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
